Curriculum Overview
In this course, learners will gain an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, gain insight into the customer journey, and become familiar with practical applications.
Unit 1: Introduction Digital Marketing
Our program starts by giving an overview of the concepts and strategies used in digital marketing. In the first unit, you will gain insight into marketing research, learn how to develop strategy to identify target markets, create engaging content, measure and optimize campaigns, and utilize various digital marketing channels.
Unit 2: Multi-Channel Marketing
In this upcoming unit, you will discover efficient techniques for digital communication, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, website optimization, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
Unit 3: Marketing Automation
Over the upcoming unit, the program will delve into marketing automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in the context of digital marketing. You'll have the opportunity to learn about automating marketing tasks and enhancing customer journeys with AI.
Unit 4: Marketing Analytics
In the final unit, you'll learn how to establish tracking and reporting to analyze data by applying segments and filters, and about how to employ insights to drive marketing decisions. By the end of the program, you'll possess the skills to proficiently gather and analyze marketing data through Google Analytics.
